time. Because of this it is a good idea to call and make an appointment
in advance to talk or meet with an appraiser. You can call (509) 574-1100
between 9:00 and 4:30 to make an appointment. Usually there is an appraiser
on call to answer any questions you might have as well so a trip to our office
would not be fruitless.
Commercial appraisers determine the market value of commercial and industrial
property throughout the county. These can range from a small duplex or restaurant
all the way up to a huge industrial plant or shopping mall.
