The Information/Customer Service Department is the customer service division of the Yakima County Assessor's Office.
They:
- Have the responsibility of answering all questions brought by property owners.
- Help property owners and other constituents find information about parcels in the county
- Take applications for:
- Senior Exemptions.
- Open Space Agricutural.
- Open Space Timber.
- Destroyed Property.
- Home Improvement.
- And various other Exemptions.
- Help Owners, Constituents, Business members and other government employees access and understand our systems.
In addition to these staff members we also have terminals available in our office
as well as
online searchable databases.
These allow property owners to search and find information that they may be looking for about different parcels.
