is usually an Appraiser available on-call to answer questions, it is suggested that you
call (509) 574-1100 between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM to make an appointment to talk to an
Appraiser.
Residential Appraisers estimate value of all residences, including manufactured homes on
their own land. The appraisers work throughout the County on a cyclical basis.
